- Discreet delivery: We guarantee that all orders are packed in non-transparent cartons with no labels indicating the contents or store name.
- Delivery responsibility: Once the package is handed over to the shipping company, the responsibility for timely delivery lies with the shipping company. We make every effort to work with reliable shipping partners.
6. Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of the products we sell (personal adult items), the following return policy applies:
- Damaged or incorrect product: If you receive a damaged product or a product different from your order, you are entitled to a replacement. You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt with a photo of the product and packaging.
- No returns for other reasons: For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products that have been opened or used, or if the return reason is simply a change of mind.
